WSROC, in partnership with the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, has established its Cumberland Plain Conservation Plan (CPCP) Compliance Support Team.

One of the most recent additions to the Team is Joshua Vogelzang, who has been appointed as the Team Leader Compliance Support. The CPCP Team has been established to support councils and to help achieve the commitments and outcomes of the CPCP.

Previously, Joshua was a dedicated staff member at Blacktown City Council, working in their Environmental Health Team, as the Coordinator Development and Contaminated Lands.

Joshua was at Blacktown City Council for close to eight years, working in a range of matters including development, pollution, public health, and food safety.

Joshua brings to WSROC a wealth of knowledge about legislation, acts, and best practice to guide investigations and regulation.
