Providing Mentoring, Training and Opportunity to Young Women from Western Sydney to Become our Future Leaders

The Young Women's Leadership Program is a wonderful opportunity for young women, aged 16 to 25 years living in Western Sydney, to develop their skills and confidence as leaders. The program began in 2005 and is run by the Western Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils and funded and supported by the NSW Premier's Department, Office for Women (OFW), TAFE NSW - South Western Sydney Institute and Western Sydney Institute and the local councils in Western Sydney.
